James Chadwick
From England, James helped investigate the emission of gamma rays from radioactive materials. In 1932, Chadwick he discovered the particle called a neutron, because it has no electric charge.

Otto Hahn
Otto had a very strong hatred toward Hitler. During the Second World War Hahn and Fritz Strassmann continued to work in the field of nuclear physics but they made no attempt to turn their knowledge into a military weapon.

David Bohm
In 1943 Bohm joined the Manhattan Project in the United States. He worked with many other scientists in making the bomb that we ended up dropping on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
