Espionage in China
Dai Li was a Chinese spy during World War II. He was the leader of Juntong, a spy organization, in which he controlled tens of thousands of spies in China or any country with a Chinese community. He was said to have over 100,000 agents in the field by 1945. This would’ve made Juntong the largest espionage organization in the world. The group carried out all kinds of espionage and intelligence work.
